GET /v1/orders/open
Orders placed on the current market, folded to open / executed / cancelled, newest first. order_placed events carry only (orderId, trader, triggerPrice) — hydrate detail on-chain via get_order for the ids returned. Default status=open; status=all includes resolved orders (order history). Use this to avoid iterating every on-chain order id.
